Field Superintendent

BBES Field Superintendent IconThe Field Superintendent is responsible for monitoring and reporting on the operations of jobs and ensuring that employees adhere to company policies. The Field Superintendent is also required to perform job scoping, job design, bid development, job implementation, post job follow-up and daily tickets.


Water Pumping Supervisors

Big Bear Energy Services Water Pumping IconOur Water Pumping Supervisors are responsible for daily job communications and completing all documentation related to operations. The Supervisor executes the job following all procedures and policies, and reports directly to the Field Superintendent.


Water Pumping Lead Hands

Big Bear Energy Services Water Pumping IconOur Water Pumping Lead Hands are responsible for safely operating equipment to rig in and out hose lines for water transfers. The Lead Hand operates and maintains water pumps and related water transfer equipment, tests line connections, and documents water flow readings. The Water Transfer Lead Hand will be responsible for overseeing 2-3 people, as well as maintaining the rig-in of jobs for on lease transfers, load/unload etc. Lead Hands who excel in supervision may also be selected to supervise night shifts in conjunction with a Superintendent working on the day shift.


Water Pumping Technicians

The Technician operates and maintains water pumps and related water transfer equipment, tests line connections, and documents water flow readings. The Water Transfer Technician will execute the job following all procedures and policies, and reports directly to the Water Pumping Supervisor.


Class 1 Drivers

Big Bear Energy Services Class 1 Driver IconOur Class 1 Drivers are responsible for loading up and securing cargo and equipment for transport to various sites across Alberta. Class 1 Drivers will submit daily reports and complete all documentation related to operations. The Class 1 Driver will execute the job following all procedures and policies, and ensures Big Bear Energy Service’s standards are being followed.
